ARTICLE 14 To see if the Town will vote to appropriate the sum of $25,000 from Sanitation Enterprise Fund for the purpose of submitting a Post Closure Use application to the Masachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, and take the necessary steps to obtain a permit to operate a transfer station at the Fall River Avenue Landfill, such appropriation to be exoended under the direction of the superintendent of Public Works, or take any other action relative thereto.
